From her first communication — instantly providing a list of tempting possible dishes she could prepare for our 15-person cocktail party - through her prompt arrival, on-time presentation of food, impeccable and gracious service, and spotless clean up, Ashleigh and her colleague Zack were fantastic. Her communication was consistently prompt, thorough, and clear. All our guests raved about the food (Tuna Tartare with Micro Cilantro in Sesame Miso Cones and Flatbread with Nduja Sausage, Manchego, and Honey were particular faves!) and her crudite presentation was the most beautiful I have ever seen. She and Zack worked efficiently as a team, and needed no direction from us after five minutes of explanation at the beginning; they even found platters in our rental house that we hadn’t located, the better to transfer leftovers at the end of the event. I wish we lived in LA so we could hire her for all our parties!
